Because I've seen the premise of the defecting demons and angels in a couple of fics already, and I have been obsessed with your Glee fic and I even read some of the Musketeers stuff even though it's not my fandom so I feel like I know your common themes and motifs, and despite that I *still* didn't see it coming. You have a way of gutting me with the aftershocks of trauma.
